Peggy DiNegro

Peggy DiNegro has always liked to "make things"  from Indian bead rings and doll clothes in grade school, to sea shell jewelry and her own clothes in high school, to majoring in ceramics and photography at the University of Michigan. She followed that with a Masters Degree: Teaching Crafts in the Community College from the University of Florida. Peggy's working years were spent teaching art - well really crafts - in the Gainesville Public Schools. She has taught various crafts to weaving and other groups, to the junior college's adult ed program, and wherever else opportunity arose. She continues to take lace classes whenever offered from a variety of teachers including Robin Lewis-Wild and Holly Van Sciver. Most recently, Peggy taught lace at Convergence 2022 in Louisville, KY.
