Policies
Registration is online only.
Early Registration is for FTWG members who paid dues by September 23, 2023 at 11:59pm.
There is a $50 cancellation fee, which will be retained from the amount paid when you registered.

Approximately two weeks before early registration opens, eligible members will receive an email confirming their eligibility for early registration.
Approximately one week before early registration, a registration guide with step-by-step instructions for registration will be published on this website and emailed to all current FTWG members
Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be canceled for a refund through February 14, 2024 by contacting technology@ftwg.org. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund.
After February 14, 2024, you will forfeit the entire amount of your registration.
In extenuating circumstances, a partial refund of the workshop fee may be possible, however, housing and meal fees are non-refundable after February 14, 2024.
