Registration is online only.
Early Registration is for FTWG members who paid dues by September 15, 2024 at 11:59pm.
There is a $50 cancellation fee, which will be retained from the amount paid when you registered.

Approximately two weeks before early registration opens, eligible members will receive an email confirming their eligibility for early registration.
Approximately one week before early registration, a registration guide with step-by-step instructions for registration will be published on this website and emailed to all current FTWG members
Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be canceled for a refund through March 2, 2025 by contacting technology@ftwg.org. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund.
After March 2, 2025, you will forfeit the entire amount of your registration.
In extenuating circumstances, a partial refund of the workshop fee may be possible, however, housing and meal fees are non-refundable after March 2, 2025.
Registration Form
If you see a field below asking to enter a Password, registration is not open yet. The password requirement will be removed on November 17, 2024 at 7:00 am.
If you see a field to enter your Membership Number General Registration isn’t live yet.
When General Registration opens, a new field will appear asking if you are a Member, Want to Become a Member, or want to continue without becoming a member. If you choose Member, you will then get a field asking you to enter your Membership Number.
The registration form is inside of an iframe. Some browsers cannot display items embedded in this fashion, and it can also be a problem if you are using a screen reader or navigating with your keyboard.
