Meals

The meals listed here are those which will be served in the Conference venue to attendees. The hotel also has public, onsite restaurants, including Starbucks and Pizza Hut. There are also many restaurants in close proximity to the hotel, on 192.
If you are staying onsite, a meal package is included. See the Accommodations information below for more information.
If you are staying offsite, meals are not included, but may be purchased.
Meals must be purchased in advance as part of registration. They cannot be purchased onsite. Breakfast is not available for purchase as part of the Conference.

Class Registration Fees
- Registration fees are paid to FTWG at the time you register for the Conference.
- In addition to the registration fee, most classes also have Materials Fees. The amount of the materials fee varies from one class to the next.
- Materials fees are paid directly to the instructor at the beginning of the class, preferably in cash. (No credit cards).

Pre- and Post-Conference Hotel Room Nights
$125 per night, Single or Double
The Wyndham is making our group rate available for the three nights before and three nights after the FTWG Conference.
The pre- and post-conference room rates are per room.
The pre- and post-conference room rate of $125 includes taxes and a discounted resort fee.
Rooms with a King Bed may have Single or Double Occupancy.
Rooms with a Queen Bed may have Single, Double, Triple, or Quadruple Occupancy. While the total number of occupants may be no more than 4 people in the room, the triple and quadruple rates only apply to adults 18 and older.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be canceled for a refund through March 2, 2025 by contacting technology@ftwg.org.
A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund.
After March 2, 2025, you will forfeit the entire amount of your registration.
In extenuating circumstances, a partial refund of the workshop fee may be possible, however, housing and meal fees are non-refundable after March 2, 2025.
