  • No skills required beforehand. We will start with square knots and half hitches. Students that learn this quickly or have previous experience will go on to more advanced knots.

    Learn the basics of macrame in this beginner friendly class for fiber artists of all skill levels. Determine your own design based on your skill level and visual preferences. Leave with a completed piece ready to hang and enjoy. All materials provided.

    Sara Norine

    Sara Norine is a fiber artist and photographer from the Tampa Bay area. As a workshop leader, Sara's instructional guidance is both liberating and comprehensively informative. As a life-long learner, maker, and teacher, Sara uses her knowledge of traditional craft to create innovative art while maintaining functional design. Her ability to adapt and address the need of each student generates an engaging environment among many creatives.
