Meeting Space

We will be using the entire 30,000 square foot Conference Center at the Wyndham. The Royal Palm Ballroom will be split into five separate spaces. Salon A will be the vendor hall and fiber exhibit, Salon B will be the dining and evening program space, and Salons C, D, and E will be further divided in half to hold two workshops per Salon. The remaining workshops will be in the Oleander, Sawgrass, Magnolia, Jasmine, and Cypress Meeting Rooms.

The Pre-Function area is a wide corridor that wraps around one side of the Royal Palm Ballroom. The main registration desk will be located just outside the doors to the Royal Palm Ballroom. One end of the Pre-Function corridor connects directly to the hotel, by the elevators that lead to the hotel rooms where you will be staying. The Guild Tables will be along the hall in the Pre-Function Area. There’s also comfortable couches all along the Pre-Function corridor, for hanging out and chatting with friends.

Just outside of the Conference Center is a parking lot, with plenty of free parking for those driving in for the day. The doors from the parking area bring you into the Conference Center right in front of the Registration area.

The Service Corridor is for hotel staff only, and is not accessible to FTWG attendees.
