2027 FTWG Conference is April 1-4, 2027
at the Holiday Inn Kissimmee Resort by the Parks
We invite you to submit this application to be a vendor at the Florida Tropical Weavers Conference. The application period is from July 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026.
- Vendors who will be attending all 4 days of the conference and who arrive on Wednesday will be able to set up on Wednesday afternoon/evening and/or Thursday morning.
- Vendors are responsible for unloading and loading their vehicles/trailers. You will need to bring assistance or make arrangements ahead of time.
- Parking is available in the rear of the hotel, next to the conference center entrance. You can pull into the loading zone in front of the conference center to unload. We can fetch luggage carts from the hotel if you need one.
- Vendors who will be vending for 3-4 days will be in Royal A. Single and Two-day vendors will be in the hallway adjacent to the Vendor Hall
- The Conference Center will be unlocked daily at 8:00am. Daily Vendors will be able to pull into the loading zone in front of the conference center to unload.
- Cleanup will be at 6:00pm for Daily Vendors. Vehicles can be left in the loading zone in front of the conference center when loading up.
- Cleanup on Sunday can begin whenever the vendor would like, but must begin by 12:00pm. The vendor must be out of the vending hall by 3:00pm.

- All Days in the Main Hall for a 20×10 spot $100.00
- Saturday and Sunday in the pre-function area $50.00
