Unlocking Profile Drafts
with Deb Essen
Time to unlock the design potential of profile drafts!
This round robin class will explore how profile drafts work and how to translate the profile into different weave structures. Then up to 6 different weave structures will be assigned to students. We will all create our own profile draft designs, convert the draft to the weave structure assigned and set up our looms.
We will weave the samples in Round Robin in groups of up to 6 so everyone will have a chance to see how the different weave structures work and translate to cloth.
Each student will take home their own samples off of each loom. Class is open to 4 and 8 shaft (or more if you have one) table or floor looms.
