Join us for a day! Be a Day Tripper!
Jump in on the fun and Follow the Weaver for a day trip to Conference on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday!
$10 in advance, $15 at the door.
The Day Tripper fee includes shopping (access to our Vendor Hall), and seeing what our members are making all over the state (the Fiber Exhibit and Guild Tables). Attendance at the Evening Program is included which means you can participate in activities like the Fashion Show and Open House.
You can even join in the fun by hanging out, chatting, and crafting the day away at one of the tables or in a spinning/crafting circle in the conference area.
Classroom Visits
As a courtesy to our instructors and class attendees, please follow these rules:
- Visit ONLY during classroom visiting times:
- Friday and Saturday 11:45 a.m. to noon
- Friday and Saturday 4:45 to 5 p.m.
- Open house on Saturday between 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
- Please do not disturb students (quietly looking over someone’s shoulder or whispering can be disturbing).
- Please do not disturb instructors (quietly taking a seat at the back of the room can be disturbing).
- Note: Alicia Koeb is our official photographer and will be visiting classes to quietly take pictures.
Meals
Conference attendees paid for their FTWG meals at the time of registration. On-site hotel FTWG meal purchases are NOT available.
- If you did not purchase a meal (box lunch, lunch, or dinner), please do not get in line for a meal.
- If you bring food from home, a small microwave is available near our FTWG registration desk.
- Food is available in the restaurants in the hotel lobby.
- Enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants near the hotel.
Evening Event Seating
Seating for the evening events: Auditorium-style seating is available at the back of the room for those who did not purchase a meal. Do NOT take a seat at a dining table (last year we ran out of spaces for paying dinner guests)!
